Pros
At this company you lot get to help people who are suffering from severe chronic pain. I was fortunate enough while employed here to get to speak to many patients about their pain, what their life looked like before, what their life looked like when the pain started and where they were currently with their hurting. I think that this is one affair that many employees forgot, besides as I did from time to fourth dimension throughout my employment, but ultimately that is what we were all there for, to assist people who alive everyday of their life with severe chronic hurting. The company definitely deserves more credit than what is being said on this forum. 1 thing that they exercise value is a person that works difficult and is loyal, in terms of staying with the company over a long period of time. You also have to speak up and ask for what you want. If management saw that you were proactive and so they would e'er be open to requite you a promotion or a raise to someone that deserved it. But they won't give y'all a heighten merely to give yous a enhance or a promotion to merely give you lot a promotion if you aren't bringing additional value or ideas to the company to help its long term growth. One actually nice perk was at last year's company holiday party they gave out an iPad to all employees that came to the party. I think they gave out 100+ iPad which was totally unexpected and very exciting that a company would do that for y'all. Lots of gratis lunch was also a dainty perk. I hadn't worked in healthcare previously and it seemed as though we were getting free lunch / coffee etc at least a few times a week from reps. As a "start up" which is absolutely was, there were definitely some parts of each chore that weren't clearly defined. But that was an opportunity for employees to create and improve processes in their job functions. What I noticed while I was here is that the majority my coworkers would prefer to spend thirty minutes lament about something rather than figuring out a solution and/or performing a duty that would have two minutes and that is something that had always frustrated me. I think both employees and management need to take ownership and responsibility to keep making their company amend; information technology really does need to exist 50-50.
Cons
In terms of management, i thing that I noticed is that a lot of employees didn't experience comfortable talking to the upper level direction almost problems that were occurring or ways to amend processes.

Sometime Employee, less than i yr
Pros
-Weekends -Paid Holidays -Most Lower-Tier staff friendly -Sometimes paid lunches (Virtually times goes to upper direction and directors though)
Cons
- Terrible and stifling Business organization Culture - Deceitful practices - Poorly trained on everything - existed only as a formality really. - Poorly executed day-to-day operations with all direction. - Nepotism runs rampant. - Job clarification constantly being changed without any discover, expected to just learn entire weeks of training in a day sometimes, without guidance. - Company on multiple occasions made it clear that they don't care about patients or employees, just nigh their bottom line. - Function Politics are a real problem here - Upper Management extremely rude most inquiries related to position - Lack of professionalism where it matters, overbearing professionalism where it doesn't (I.East Freaking out over mispronunciation over a proper noun, simply going on vacation correct before projects are due at the expense of the squad or employee). - No employee retention; I had seen dozens of people quit or fired in a short fourth dimension. - Upper Management view about employees as dispensable or hands replaceable - Bundled company 'fun' events are oftentimes for show, nothing comes to fruition. - A lack of any up promotion; Company volition always favor family unit hires or exterior hires over promotion from within , seen on multiple occasions in multiple departments. - Workplaces and clinics are constantly changing, a lot of closure on clinics without virtually whatsoever notice. -Expected some preparation materials to be done on personal time, not company fourth dimension. - Patients abuse employees constantly, very fiddling is done nearly this and is acknowledged equally part of the task. - Technology is out of appointment, often frustrating to use. - Every lower position of the task was subject to overwork and stress whilst a lot of upper management preferred to be glued to their personal cell phones; a lack of upper management experience altogether; Some management even said that 'this was their first task exterior college...' - Constantly understaffed If you go into the interview, do not be hoodwinked by their allure. This company is 1 of the worst. I should have known there was an issue when at the interview, i of the managers admonished me for nearly 10 minutes straight on my resume and why it was substantially bad (Despite paying a professional to get in for me) - and again, THAT WAS DURING THE INTERVIEW. The entire company is glad to publicly call people out on emails that are usually sent out en masse to different departments. Upper management loves to shift blame when a lot of the issues stem from their competence or rather, lack thereof.

Current Employee, more than 1 year
Pros
none, this identify is generally terrible
Cons
and then many, this place is a section of wellness shutdown waiting to happen, they accept MAs closing patients surgical wounds! the doctors are so lazy they have their MA come in at the end of the instance and close the surgical site, a person with zero grooming and feel by the way, are you kidding?? it's confronting the police force! only i don't think they really intendance. the visitor is family endemic so lots and lots of nepotism, it'due south owned by a brother and sister and they brand it very clear you don't matter, it'due south all almost money to them, how they can brand more and not pay you lot fairly. people here are expected to drive anywhere from Everett to Olympia without whatever compensation, zero. they're money hungry and constabulary breaking, I've seen over 20 MAs come and go, 6 Doctors come and go, and 4 PAs come and go, and no information technology didn't accept long for all that to happen. Management just doesn't care at all about the employee and the constabulary.

Concern Outlook
Pros
Its a task I guess. You become free pizza sometimes at lunch but always the same place.
Cons
Lots of rumors they are nether investigation which i wouldnt be surprised if they were. Pretty bad patient service in scheduling especially but too docs treat ing patients like addicts who only deserve two minute visits, become a hurting med refill and pee in a cup for urine test they sent to the lab they own and probably overcharge patients for. basically no employee yearly review prob because management can't complement anyone but can only mutter. CEO and his close circle are paranoid and have put cameras effectually every clinic to watch all employees and probably patients, besides can't handle whatsoever criticism or listen to whatsoever other opinions...a shame considering theres lots of good people who work in that location. They accept nada trust of the people they rent, and it shows. Lots of promises to promote that never pan out considering they he merely wants to go on you on and under paid for every bit long as possible.

Business Outlook
Pros
Free lunches, providers are mostly nice. Unfortunately, the problems with upper management FAR outweigh any benefits.
Cons
It's a bad sign when multiple government organizations are looking into the company for Medicare overcharges, erroneous lab results, and having to provide back pay for staff'due south overtime every bit required by L&I. Upper management does very well running the business for money, but they have no idea on how to ethically run a business. And unfortunately, well-nigh every patient suffers because of it. The longer you lot work here, the more your soul will exist sucked dry.

Former Employee, less than i year
Pros
none. y'all are meliorate off being a homeless than working for this company
Cons
The reviews written for this visitor are dead on accurate except for whomever gave 5 stars..most likely i of the owners. The sole purpose of this clinic is to make coin in the shortest amount of time possible, there is no helping patients or making it easier for them. They are the ones that suffer and terminate up paying for it, literally. No opportunity for career growth or advancement, civilisation & values are a joke because no one stays long plenty to create a civilisation, HR is a joke, benefits are minimal. If you are to a higher place average intelligence don't work for this company.
